Agents at Work
One operator. A swarm of AI agents.
Real systems in production.
I build and run the AI a business actually needs — not demos, not decks. Designed, shipped, and operated end to end.
What I do
Done-for-you AI builds and fractional AI leadership — delivered through Synnetra.
Most businesses don't need another tool or another deck. They need someone senior to decide what to build, build it, and keep it running. That's the whole job.
Done-for-you AI builds
I design, build, and ship the AI systems — backend, agents, the plumbing that makes them reliable. You get something in production, not a science project.
Fractional AI leadership
I run the AI side of your business part-time: what to build, what to skip, who to hire, what it should cost. Senior judgment without a full-time hire.
Proof
Real systems, in production. No slideware.
myGaia — AI mobile app
Synnetra consulting · Jun 2025 – Mar 2026
Built the team from 0 to 6, led the AI backend including the memory architecture, and co-designed the product. Shipped a real app to real users. The startup later wound down on funding — the build stands on its own.
AI video-ad factory
Run by a swarm of agents
One brief in, four localized ad variants plus b-roll out — produced by agents, not a studio. The interesting part isn't the videos; it's that the whole pipeline runs itself.
The swarm
Across multiple machines and VMs
Around fifty agentic workflows running solo — building, testing, deploying, and reporting back. This site, the systems above, and the day-to-day are run the same way: one operator directing many agents.

What outcome do you need?
Tell me the outcome you need — I design, build, and run the system in production, through Synnetra. Senior judgment, real delivery — systems, not hours. I read every message and reply personally, usually within a day.
